Project Title:  “Surveillance of Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome Among Hurricane Katrina Cohort”

 

Project Dates: September 1, 2006 – August 31, 2007

 

Aim of the Project: The research will involve developing and administering an instrument to measure

 

common and severe stress reactions, and risk factors for severe reactions after a disaster. The findings will

 

be summarized using GIS maps and abstracts. Manuscripts will be submitted for dissemination of findings.
