Aim of the Project: The purpose this project is to develop a technologically-based infrastructure that will provide the
foundation for a health information exchange system. In result, for the success of the project will be to improve the health of
rural disadvantaged and minority populations by accommodating the needs of healthcare providers throughout the state to
easily accessible, real-time data and information.
